Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your access runs through the end of the time you've paid for.
What if a payment doesn't go through?
Your access pauses until the card is updated, then turns right back on. Your chats are still there.
Is there a limit on how much I can use it?
You can use it every day. There's a daily limit of 60 messages to keep it running well for everyone.
