Welcome to The Foundry (“Site”), operated by Kelsey Little (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, purchasing from, or using this Site, The Foundry Method™, The Foundry™, All The Little Things™, or any related coaching programs, containers, trainings, or digital resources (collectively, “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or our Services.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, videos, trainings, frameworks, downloads, graphics, text, and methodology — including but not limited to The Foundry Method™, MELT–MOLD–FORGE–TEMPER framework, program names, lesson modules, worksheets, branding, videos, and all derivative concepts — are the exclusive intellectual property of Kelsey Little.
You may not, under any circumstances:

Share, distribute, reproduce, copy, or forward any content

Sell or resell any of our materials

Teach, remix, adapt, or repurpose the frameworks as your own

Claim ownership of our methodology

Provide access to paid programs to anyone who did not purchase them
Any unauthorized use is a violation of U.S. copyright law and will be subject to legal action.
2. Limited License to You
Upon purchasing a program, course, or digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own personal development and business growth only.
This license does not permit you to share, teach, redistribute, or use the content to create your own programs or trainings.
3. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims
We do not guarantee specific results, income, rank advancements (including 6A or other leadership levels), business growth, or outcomes. All testimonials are real but do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
Your success depends on your commitment, effort, market conditions, and personal factors.
4. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on a specific sales page, all digital products, courses, memberships, and coaching programs are non-refundable, due to the immediate access and proprietary nature of the content.
Payment plans must be completed in full.
5. Community Conduct
By accessing any Foundry or group training container, you agree to:

Maintain confidentiality

Respect all members

Not share screenshots, content, or internal materials outside the group

Not use any content to train your own teams unless explicitly permitted
We may remove any member for harmful behavior, disrespect, or boundary violations.
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to revoke access to any program or group if these terms are violated. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Business losses

Direct or indirect damages

Errors or omissions in content

Issues arising from third-party platforms (Kajabi, Canva, etc.)
You assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
